Why is my payout different from my sales?

Short answer

A payout is your Available balance, not your sales for the period: payments less our fee, less refunds, plus or minus any disputes and adjustments. Each payout’s page lists every line behind it.

DisputeTakes off a disputed amount, and any handling fee.
Dispute wonGives a disputed amount back.
AdjustmentA correction we made, in either direction, with the reason recorded.
Payout returnedGives back an earlier payout that was cancelled or failed.

Timing can also explain it

Your sales this week and your payout this week are usually different sets of payments. A payment taken close to your payout day may still be Pending, so it goes in the next payout, while last week’s late payments are in this one.

Prices in US dollars also look different. A payout is always in Belize dollars, at BZ$2.00 to US$1.00.
