What Secure Processing does
Short answer
We let businesses in Belize take Visa and Mastercard card payments, then pay the money into their bank account. Your customer types their card on a secure page hosted by the bank, so the number never reaches you or us.Verified 1 November 2026

What you can do
- Send a payment link: one web address you can message or print as a QR code.
- Send an invoice: a bill with a number, a due date and a page to pay on, and we chase it with reminders.
- Take payments on your own website: with a developer, using our API.
- Refund a payment, in full or in part, from your dashboard.
- See your money: your balance, each payout, and reports for your bookkeeper.
- Answer a dispute, if a customer asks their bank to take a payment back.
How the money moves
- Your customer pays by card on a secure page hosted by the bank that processes our card payments.
- The money goes into your balance, less our fee of 5%.
- After two days, it becomes available for your next payout.
- We transfer it to your bank account in Belize dollars, weekly by default. Friday is the day we make the transfer, and your bank decides when it shows up.
We hold your payouts until we have verified your business, even once you can take payments. Your balance keeps building in the meantime.
The words we use
Test mode is a practice copy of your account, where no real money moves. Live mode is the real thing, and we switch it on once we have verified your business. The glossary explains the rest.
