Change your payout schedule

Short answer

Open Settings → Payouts, choose Every day, Every week, Every month or Only when I ask, and press Save schedule. The same form sets your settlement delay and your minimum payout.

Change it

  1. Open Settings → Payouts.
  2. Under Schedule, choose how often.
  3. For Every week, choose the Day of the week. For Every month, choose the Day of the month. A month that is shorter pays out on its last day.
  4. Press Save schedule.

You may be asked for a code from your authenticator app first. Your business’s owner is emailed when the schedule changes.

Payouts are cut at 09:00 Belize time on the day they are due.

On the same form

  • Settlement delay: how many days a payment waits in Pending before it becomes Available, from 0 to 30.
  • Minimum payout (BZD): a scheduled payout below this is skipped, and the money rides into the next one. Asking for a payout yourself ignores it.

Only when I ask

Nothing is sent until someone presses Request a payout on the Payouts page. It sends your whole Available balance.
