Daily and weekly summary emails

Short answer

Turn on Daily summary or Weekly summary under Settings → Notifications to get yesterday’s or last week’s money in one email: payments, refunds, fees and what you made. They are off until you turn them on.

Turn them on

  1. Open Settings → Notifications.
  2. Under Summaries and documents, switch Email on for Daily summary, Weekly summary, or both.

Each person chooses for themselves, and only for the business they are in. Anyone who can see your balance can turn them on.

When they arrive

  • Daily: each morning at about 07:00 Belize time, for the day before.
  • Weekly: on Mondays at about the same time, for the week before.

They cover live money only. A day or a week when nothing moved and nothing needs you sends no email.

What is in one

The subject says what came in, such as "Yesterday at" your business: the total and the number of payments. Inside, for each currency:

  • Payments, Refunds, Disputes and anything Other;
  • Fees;
  • Net, what you made.

It also says if a dispute needs your answer, and the date of your next payout. The figures are the same ones your balance page shows.

Turn them off

Switch them off under Settings → Notifications, or use the unsubscribe button your email app shows next to the sender. It turns off that summary only, and nothing else.
