Download an invoice PDF

Short answer

Open a finalised invoice and press Open the PDF. It opens in a new tab, where you can save it or print it.

Open it

  1. Open Invoices and choose the invoice.
  2. Press Open the PDF, next to The link the customer pays on.
  3. Save it or print it from the tab that opens.

A draft has no PDF, because it is not a document yet. Finalise it first.

Giving it to your customer

Your customer sees the invoice on the page they pay on. If they ask for a PDF, open it and send it to them yourself.
