# Download an invoice PDF

Open a finalised invoice and press **Open the PDF**. It opens in a new tab, where you can save it or print it.

Who can: Owner, Administrator, Developer, Analyst, Support, Viewer can see this in [Invoices](https://dashboard.secureprocessing.app/invoices).

## Open it

1. Open **Invoices** and choose the invoice.
2. Press **Open the PDF**, next to **The link the customer pays on**.
3. Save it or print it from the tab that opens.

A draft has no PDF, because it is not a document yet. Finalise it first.

## Giving it to your customer

Your customer sees the invoice on the page they pay on. If they ask for a PDF, open it and send it to them yourself.
