How our fees work
Short answer
Our fee is 5% of each payment, with no fixed fee and no monthly fee. You pay nothing until you are paid, and we take the fee from the payment before it reaches your balance.Verified 1 November 2026

If you price in US dollars, the fee is worked out on what the card was charged in Belize dollars.
What costs nothing
- Signing up, and Test mode
- Refunds: our fee comes back with the refund, in proportion, unless you agreed a rate that keeps it
- A payout to your bank account
What can cost something
A chargeback you lose may carry a handling fee. It is not automatic and not a percentage, and it appears on the dispute. There is never one on a dispute you win.
Your own bank may charge you to receive a transfer. That is between you and your bank.
If you agreed a different rate
Your own rate applies to your payments, and it never changes for a payment you have already taken.
