Which cards can customers use?

Your customers can pay with Visa and Mastercard. Any other way of paying is not available.Verified 1 November 2026
Who can pay
Anyone with a Visa and Mastercard card. Their own bank decides whether it allows the payment, so a card can still be refused. Some cards are not allowed online, or have limits their bank sets.
Cash and bank transfers
We only take card payments. You can still accept cash or a transfer yourself, but those are outside Secure Processing, so they do not appear in your balance or payouts.
If you take payments in person
There is nothing to type a card into. Your customer pays on their own phone by opening a payment link or scanning its QR code. See Share a payment link.
