The checkout page expired

Short answer

A checkout page lasts 24 hours, and the bank’s own page about twenty minutes. An expired page takes no money, so send them the link again and they can start over.

What your customer sees

They see "This payment link has expired". That screen tells them to ask you for a new one.

What to do

  • A payment link: send the same link again. It does not expire until you turn it off, and each visit starts a fresh checkout.
  • An invoice: send them the invoice’s link again. It stays open until it is paid, voided or written off.
  • Your own website: your website has to start a new checkout. Ask your developer.

If they say it was already paid

If the page says the payment has already been made, check under Payments. It may say Paid, and then there is nothing more to do.

You have turned that link off. Open it under Payment links, and press Turn back on, or send them a different link.
