My refund is still pending

A refund says Pending while we wait for the bank’s answer. The amount is already set aside, so do not refund again: it changes to Succeeded or Failed by itself.In this article
What Pending means
You have made the refund, and the bank has not answered yet. Most are answered straight away. If the answer does not reach us, we keep checking with the bank until we know, which can take longer in Test mode.
While it is pending, the amount is reserved, so a second refund could not go past what was paid anyway.
What it changes to

| Succeeded | The bank accepted it. Your customer’s own bank decides when it shows on their statement. |
| Failed | The bank refused it. Nothing was returned, and the payment’s page says why. |
Do not refund it again
A second refund sends more money back once both are answered. If it has said Pending for more than a day, write to us with the payment’s id.
