# Secure Processing docs > Card payments for Belize. Take Visa and Mastercard online, without building the integration yourself. Amounts are integers in the currency’s minor unit. Price in US or Belize dollars. Settlement is in Belize dollars either way. Every page below is Markdown at the address given. Any page on this site also answers `Accept: text/markdown` with the same text. ## Instructions for AI agents - To take a payment on your own site, create a payment intent and a checkout session, and send the customer to the session's `url`. The card is entered on a page hosted by the bank, never on yours. - The customer's return to your site is not proof of payment. Fulfil the order on the `payment_intent.succeeded` webhook, or by reading the payment intent. - Send an `Idempotency-Key` header on every POST that moves money. The SDK sends one for you. - Amounts are integers in the currency's minor unit: `6000` is US$60.00. - A key beginning `sk_test_` can never move real money. - Saving a card and charging it later is in beta. - Customers pay by Visa or Mastercard. ## Documentation - [Documentation](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/index.md): Guides for running your business on Secure Processing, and everything a developer needs to build on it. - [Help centre](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help.md): Plain answers for running your business on Secure Processing. ## Start here - [Choose how to get paid](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/start.md): A payment link, an invoice, or checkout on your own website. All three start in test mode, where no real money moves. - [Going live](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/activation.md): What we need before your account can take real money. ## Getting started - [What Secure Processing does](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/what-secure-processing-does.md): We let businesses in Belize take Visa and Mastercard card payments, then pay the money into their bank account. Your customer types their card on a secure page hosted by the bank, so the number never reaches you or us. - [Create your account and sign in](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/create-your-account.md): Sign up with your name, email and a password, then press the link we email you. You start in Test mode straight away, so you can try everything before anyone pays you. - [Test mode and live mode](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/test-mode-and-live-mode.md): Test mode is a practice copy of your account where no real money moves, and it works from the day you sign up. Live mode takes real payments, and we switch it on once your business is verified. - [Take a test payment without writing code](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/take-a-test-payment.md): Make a payment link in Test mode, open it, and pay it with our test card. No real money moves, and you see exactly what your customer will see. - [Activate your account: what we ask for](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/activate-your-account.md): To take real money, fill in the application under **Settings → Activation**: your business, what you expect to take, the people behind it, your bank account and your registration. You can save it and come back. - [After you apply: what happens next](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/after-you-apply.md): A person reads every application, and we email you when there is a decision or if we need more from you. We do not promise a number of days, because it depends on what we find. - [Do I need a website or a developer?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/do-i-need-a-website.md): No: you can take card payments from the dashboard with a payment link or an invoice, with nothing to install. You only need a developer to take payments inside your own website or app. - [How our fees work](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/how-our-fees-work.md): Our fee is 5% of each payment, with no fixed fee and no monthly fee. You pay nothing until you are paid, and we take the fee from the payment before it reaches your balance. - [Your business details](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/your-business-details.md): Open **Settings → Business** to change the name your customers see and the support email on their receipts. Your legal details are part of your activation application instead. - [Use your dashboard on a phone](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/use-your-dashboard-on-a-phone.md): Open the dashboard in your phone’s web browser and sign in as usual. There is no app to install: everything works in the browser, and the menu button at the top opens the rest. ## Payments - [What a payment’s status means](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/what-a-status-means.md): Only **Paid** means the money is yours. Every other status is a payment still in progress, or one that did not happen. - [Why was a payment declined?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/why-was-it-declined.md): The customer’s own bank decides, and often gives no reason. Their card or their bank is usually the one to fix it, so they can call their bank or try another card. - [What your customer sees when they pay](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/what-your-customer-sees.md): They see your business name and the amount on our page, then type their card on a secure page hosted by the bank. They come back to a page that says whether it worked. - [Which cards can customers use?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/which-cards.md): Your customers can pay with Visa and Mastercard. Any other way of paying is not available. - [Charge in US dollars, get paid in Belize dollars](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/us-dollars.md): You can price in US dollars or Belize dollars, and the card is always charged in Belize dollars at BZ$2.00 to US$1.00. Your balance and payouts are in Belize dollars either way. - [Receipts your customers get](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/receipts.md): We email your customer a receipt once the bank has confirmed the money, and another if you refund them. The payment’s page shows whether each one arrived. - [Find a payment](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/find-a-payment.md): Open **Payments** and type into the box at the top: your customer’s email address, the last four digits of their card, or a reference the bank gave you. Then press **Find**. - [Take payments in person with a QR code](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/take-payments-in-person.md): Print the QR code from a payment link’s page and put it on your counter. Your customer scans it and pays by card on their own phone. - [Take a payment over the phone](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/take-a-payment-over-the-phone.md): Send your customer a payment link or an invoice while you are on the call, and they pay by card on their own phone or computer. There is nowhere for you to type their card number, on purpose. - [Hold now, charge later](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/hold-now-charge-later.md): A hold sets money aside on your customer’s card without taking it, for a deposit or a tour whose final price you do not know yet. You then charge it, in full or in part, or release it. - [Why was a payment blocked or put in review?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/why-was-a-payment-blocked.md): A rule looked at the payment before it reached the bank. A block refuses it, and a review lets it through and asks someone on your team to look at it under **Risk**. - [Set up risk rules and block lists](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/risk-rules-and-lists.md): Under **Risk**, add a rule that blocks a payment or asks for a review, or put an email address, a domain or an IP address on your allow or block list. - [Add and find customers](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/customers.md): Open **Customers** and press **New customer** to add someone with their name, email and phone. Their page lists their payments and any cards they have saved. - [Cards your customers save (beta)](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/saved-cards.md): A customer can save their card so that your developer can charge it later without them typing it again. It is in beta, because charging a saved card for real has not been proven yet. - [Export your payments](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/export-your-payments.md): Open **Reports**, choose the dates, and press **Payments CSV**. You get a spreadsheet of every payment started in that period, whatever its status. - [Get told when you’re paid](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payments/get-told-when-youre-paid.md): We email your business’s owner when a live payment succeeds. When several arrive close together, you get one email an hour with the total instead of one each. ## Payment links - [Create a payment link](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/create-a-payment-link.md): Open **Payment links**, press **New payment link**, choose a price and press **Create payment link**. You get a web address you can send to anyone, with no website or code needed. - [Share a payment link](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/share-a-payment-link.md): Copy the address from the link’s page and paste it into WhatsApp, an email or a text message. To take payments in person, print the QR code from the same page. - [Why can’t I change a link’s price?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/why-cant-i-change-the-price.md): A link’s price is fixed, because the address may already be on a poster or in messages you cannot recall. To charge something else, make a new link and turn the old one off. - [Let customers choose the amount](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/let-customers-choose-the-amount.md): Give a product a price where the payer chooses, within a range you set, then make a payment link with it. Use it for a deposit, a donation or a tip. - [See what a link has taken](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/see-what-a-link-has-taken.md): Open the link under **Payment links**. **Payments through this link** lists its newest ten payments, and the payments export has every one. - [Turn off a payment link](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/turn-off-a-payment-link.md): Open the link and press **Turn off**. Anyone who opens it then sees "This payment link is no longer available", and you can press **Turn back on** at any time. - [Products and prices](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/products-and-prices.md): A product is something you sell, and a price is what it costs. Payment links charge a price, and invoices can use one, so you type an amount once and reuse it. - [Ask customers for extra details](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/ask-for-extra-details.md): When you make a payment link, you can ask for your customer’s name and phone number, and up to three questions of your own. Their answers are saved on each payment. - [After payment: show a message or send customers to your site](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payment-links/after-payment.md): When you make a payment link, choose **Show a confirmation page**, with a message of your own, or **Send them to your own page** at an address starting https://. ## Invoices - [Create and send an invoice](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/create-and-send-an-invoice.md): Make a draft under **Invoices**, add its lines, press **Finalize**, then **Send**. Your customer gets an email with a page to pay on. - [Add GST to an invoice](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/add-gst-to-an-invoice.md): Your account already has Belize GST at 12.5%, so choose it in the **Tax** box on each line that needs it. A line has no tax until you do. - [How your customer pays an invoice](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/how-your-customer-pays.md): They open the link in our email, check the invoice on its page, and pay by card on the bank’s own page. When it is paid, the invoice’s status changes by itself and they get a receipt. - [Invoice reminders](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/invoice-reminders.md): Once an invoice is finalised, we email your customer reminders three days before it is due, on the day, and then 3, 7 and 14 days after. They stop when it is paid, voided or written off. - [Partial payments](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/partial-payments.md): Tick **Let the customer pay part of it** when you make the invoice, and your customer can pay any amount up to what is owed. The rest stays outstanding until they pay it. - [Invoice numbers](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/invoice-numbers.md): An invoice gets its number when you finalise it, such as INV-0001, and each one is the next in your sequence. A number is never skipped or used twice, even if the invoice is voided. - [Void an invoice or write it off](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/void-or-write-off.md): Press **Void** when an invoice should never have been sent, and **Write off** when it was owed but you will not collect it. Both stop your customer paying it and stop the reminders. - [Download an invoice PDF](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/download-an-invoice-pdf.md): Open a finalised invoice and press **Open the PDF**. It opens in a new tab, where you can save it or print it. - [Change an invoice after sending](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/change-an-invoice-after-sending.md): Once an invoice is finalised, its lines, amounts and due date are fixed. To change one, void it if nothing has been paid, and make a new one. - [Charge a saved card for an invoice (beta)](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/invoices/charge-a-saved-card-for-an-invoice.md): Your developer can pay an open invoice with a card your customer has saved, so they do not have to open the invoice’s link. It is in beta, like every charge on a saved card. ## Refunds - [Refund a payment, in full or in part](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/refunds/refund-a-payment.md): Open the payment in the dashboard, press **Refund this payment**, then confirm the amount and the reason. A refund cannot be undone, so check the amount first. - [Do I get your fee back when I refund?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/refunds/do-i-get-your-fee-back.md): Yes. Our fee is returned in proportion to what you refund, so a full refund returns all of it. - [When will my customer see the refund?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/refunds/when-will-my-customer-see-it.md): We send a refund to the bank as soon as you make it, and your customer’s own bank decides when it shows on their statement. We cannot give a number of days for a bank that is not ours. - [Why was my refund refused?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/refunds/why-was-my-refund-refused.md): Usually the bank has not settled the payment yet, and it will only refund part of a payment once it has. Nothing moves when a refund is refused, and the message on the payment’s page says why. - [A refund on a US-dollar payment](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/refunds/refunds-in-us-dollars.md): You refund a US-dollar payment in US dollars, up to what was paid. Your customer’s card is credited in Belize dollars, at the same fixed rate the payment was charged at. - [A refund made at the bank appears here](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/refunds/a-refund-made-at-the-bank.md): If someone refunds a payment directly at the bank, we find it and record it on the payment, so your balance and your reports include it. Do not refund it again in the dashboard. - [Who on my team can refund](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/refunds/who-can-refund.md): Your owner, administrators and support can refund a payment. Developers, analysts and viewers cannot, and the dashboard does not show them the button. - [Cancel instead of refunding](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/refunds/cancel-instead-of-refunding.md): If you have only held the money, release the hold instead of refunding. And a whole refund made before the bank has settled the payment cancels the charge, which may never appear on your customer’s statement. ## Disputes - [What is a dispute (chargeback)?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/what-is-a-dispute.md): A dispute is when your customer asks their card’s bank to take back a payment. The card network and the banks decide who wins, not us and not you. - [A customer disputed a payment: what to do now](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/what-to-do-now.md): Open the dispute in your dashboard, note the deadline, and send your evidence before it. A dispute nobody answers is lost by default. - [What happens to my money during a dispute](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/what-happens-to-my-money.md): A chargeback takes the disputed amount out of your Available balance straight away, and your balance can go below zero. If you win it comes back; if you lose it stays gone. - [Send your evidence before the deadline](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/send-your-evidence.md): Open the dispute, fill in what you have under **Your evidence**, and press **Submit evidence**. Submitting is final, so add everything first. - [Inquiry or chargeback?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/query-or-chargeback.md): An inquiry is your customer’s bank asking a question: no money is held, and it may never go further. A chargeback is the bank asking for the money back, and the disputed amount is held from your balance. - [What evidence to send, by reason](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/what-evidence-to-send.md): The dispute’s page says what your customer told their bank. Send the evidence that answers that reason, under the matching sections of **Your evidence**. - [Accept a dispute](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/accept-a-dispute.md): If you agree with your customer, or the evidence is not worth gathering, type ACCEPT and press **Accept the dispute**. You will normally lose it, and the bank still makes the final decision. - [Won, lost, and the dispute fee](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/won-lost-and-the-fee.md): When the bank decides, we email you and the dispute says **Won** or **Lost**. If you win the money comes back to your balance, and if you lose it stays gone and there may be a handling fee. - [Why is my balance negative?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/why-is-my-balance-negative.md): A figure below zero is money you owe, usually because a chargeback or a refund took more than your Available balance held. Your new payments cover it first, and no payout is sent until it is back above zero. - [How to prevent disputes](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/how-to-prevent-disputes.md): Most disputes start with a customer who does not recognise a charge or cannot reach you. Use a name they know, give them receipts and a way to write to you, and answer quickly. ## Payouts and balance - [When will I get my money?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/when-do-i-get-paid.md): We pay your balance into your bank account in Belize dollars on your payout schedule, weekly on Fridays by default. Once it is sent, we email you the bank reference. - [Your balance in plain words](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/your-balance.md): Your balance has three parts: Pending is still waiting out its delay, Available goes in your next payout, and In transit has left for your bank. Open **Balance** in the dashboard to see all three. - [Where is my payout?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/where-is-my-payout.md): Open **Payouts** in the dashboard and check the newest payout’s status. If there is no new payout, one of the reasons below is holding it back. - [Why is my payout different from my sales?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/why-is-it-different-from-my-sales.md): A payout is your Available balance, not your sales for the period: payments less our fee, less refunds, plus or minus any disputes and adjustments. Each payout’s page lists every line behind it. - [Match a payout to your bank statement](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/match-to-your-bank-statement.md): Each payout is one transfer, for the amount on its page, carrying a bank reference you can search for at your bank. Download the payout’s statement to see every payment, refund and fee behind it. - [Change your payout schedule](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/change-your-payout-schedule.md): Open **Settings → Payouts**, choose **Every day**, **Every week**, **Every month** or **Only when I ask**, and press **Save schedule**. The same form sets your settlement delay and your minimum payout. - [Change the bank account we pay into](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/change-your-bank-account.md): Open **Settings → Payouts** in Live mode, fill in **Update your bank details** with a letter or statement from your bank, and press **Send for checking**. We call you on the number we have on file before anything changes. - [Emails we send about payouts](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/payout-emails.md): When a payout is sent, we email the amount, the bank reference, the account it went to and when it should arrive, with a link to its statement. We also email if a payout is cancelled, fails or comes back. - [Reports for your accountant](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/reports-for-your-accountant.md): Open **Reports**, choose the dates, and you get a summary of what moved, checked against your balance, and CSV downloads of payments, refunds, payouts and balance transactions. - [Daily and weekly summary emails](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/daily-and-weekly-summaries.md): Turn on **Daily summary** or **Weekly summary** under **Settings → Notifications** to get yesterday’s or last week’s money in one email: payments, refunds, fees and what you made. They are off until you turn them on. - [Why didn’t my money come this week?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/why-wasnt-a-payout-sent.md): Usually your balance was below your minimum, below zero, or still Pending, or your schedule is **Only when I ask**. The **Payouts** page and **Settings → Payouts** say which. - [My transfer failed or was cancelled](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/a-payout-failed-or-was-cancelled.md): Either way the money is safe and back in your Available balance. A cancelled payout goes out with your next one; a failed or returned one waits until your bank details are fixed. ## Account and team - [Invite a teammate](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/invite-a-teammate.md): Open **Settings → Team**, enter their email address, choose a role and press **Send invitation**. They get an email with a link, and nothing changes until they accept it. - [Team roles: who can do what](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/team-roles.md): Everyone on your team has one role, and the role decides what they can see and do. Give each person the smallest role that fits their work. - [Change someone’s role or remove them](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/change-a-role-or-remove.md): Open **Settings → Team**, choose a new role beside the person and press **Save**, or press **Remove**. It takes effect on their very next click. - [Didn’t get an invitation?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/didnt-get-an-invitation.md): Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, or the link has expired, ask the person who invited you to press **Resend**, and use the newest email. - [Work with more than one business](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/more-than-one-business.md): Accept an invitation from each business, and the dashboard shows a list of your businesses to switch between. Each one has its own role, its own Test and Live mode, and its own settings. - [Emails we send you and your customers](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/emails-we-send.md): We email your team about money, disputes, your account and security, and your customers about their payments. **Settings → Notifications** lists what you can change, and **Settings → Customer emails** covers receipts. - [Give a developer access](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/give-a-developer-access.md): Invite your developer under **Settings → Team** as a **Developer**. They can then make their own test keys and set up webhooks, and you never need to send them a key. - [Notification settings](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/notification-settings.md): Open **Settings → Notifications** to choose, for each kind of notice, whether you get an email, a note in the dashboard’s inbox, or both. Your choices are yours, and apply to the business you are in. - [Transfer ownership](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/transfer-ownership.md): The owner opens **Settings → Team**, chooses the new owner under **Transfer ownership**, ticks the box and presses **Transfer ownership**. The old owner becomes an administrator. - [Close your account](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/account/close-your-account.md): Your business’s owner writes to us to close it. We close it once there is no live money left in it, no payout on its way and no open dispute, and closing is final. ## Security - [Turn on two-step verification](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/turn-on-two-step-verification.md): Open **Settings → Security**, press **Set up**, scan the code with an authenticator app and enter the six digits it shows. After that, signing in needs your password or passkey and that code. - [Sign in with a passkey](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/sign-in-with-a-passkey.md): A passkey lets you sign in with your face, fingerprint or device PIN instead of typing a password. If you use two-step verification, you still enter your authenticator code afterwards. - [Lost your phone? Get back into your account](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/lost-your-phone.md): On the code screen, press **Use a backup code** and enter one you saved. It turns two-step verification off so that you can set it up again on your new phone. - [Reset your password](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/reset-your-password.md): On the sign-in page, press **Forgot it?** next to the password box and enter your email. We send a link that works once, which asks for your code if you use two-step verification and then lets you choose a new password. - [Why we ask for your authenticator code again](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/why-we-ask-for-your-code-again.md): Some actions need a code from your authenticator app from the last ten minutes, even while you are signed in, because they are what someone using a stolen session would try first. - [Review your security history](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/review-your-security-history.md): Open **Settings → Security** and press **Security history**. It lists who signed in from a new device, changed a password or a second factor, and joined, left or changed roles in your team. - [Card numbers never reach you, or us](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/card-numbers-never-reach-you.md): Your customer types their card on a secure page hosted by the bank, so the full number never touches your website, your dashboard or our systems. That is what "PCI SAQ A for you" means. - [Keep API keys safe](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/keep-api-keys-safe.md): A secret key is shown once, when it is made, and acts for your whole business. Keep it in your server’s settings, never in a website or an app, and roll or revoke it under **Developers → API keys** if it may have leaked. - [What we will never ask you for](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/what-we-will-never-ask-for.md): We will never ask for your password, a code from your authenticator app, a backup code or a full card number, by email, message or phone. Anyone who does is not us. - [Report a security problem](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/security/report-a-security-problem.md): If you think someone else has got into your account, or you have found a weakness in Secure Processing, email [admin@secureprocessing.app](mailto:admin@secureprocessing.app) with "Security" in the subject. ## Troubleshooting - [My customer says they paid, but the payment isn’t Paid](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/customer-says-they-paid.md): They may still be on the bank’s page or at its 3-D Secure step, and we keep checking with the bank by ourselves. Do not deliver what you sold until the payment says **Paid**. - [A customer was charged twice](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/a-customer-was-charged-twice.md): First check whether there are really two payments. If there are, refund one; if there is only one, the other amount on their statement is probably a pending attempt that their bank will drop. - [The checkout page expired](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/the-checkout-page-expired.md): A checkout page lasts 24 hours, and the bank’s own page about twenty minutes. An expired page takes no money, so send them the link again and they can start over. - [“The bank didn’t say why”](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/the-bank-didnt-say-why.md): If the message is only "The card was declined.", your customer’s own bank refused the payment and gave no reason we can pass on. They can call their bank or try another card. - [I can’t sign in](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/i-cant-sign-in.md): Find the message you are seeing below. Most sign-in problems are a forgotten password or a lost authenticator app, and each has its own way back in. - [My live payments are refused](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/my-live-payments-are-refused.md): Your business has probably not been approved for live payments yet, or live payments have been turned off for it. Check **Settings → Activation**, and keep using Test mode in the meantime. - [My customer didn’t get a receipt](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/my-customer-didnt-get-a-receipt.md): Open the payment and look next to **Receipt**: it says whether it was sent, delivered or not delivered. Most missing receipts are in a spam folder, or went to an address typed wrongly at checkout. - [3-D Secure verification failed](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/3-d-secure-failed.md): 3-D Secure is the step where your customer’s own bank checks it is really them, often with a code or their banking app. If it failed, nothing was charged, and they can try again or ask their bank. - [A payment link says it’s no longer available](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/payment-link-no-longer-available.md): Your customer sees "This payment link is no longer available" when the link is turned off, or the price it charges has been archived. Turn it back on, or send them a link that works. - [My refund is still pending](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/my-refund-is-still-pending.md): A refund says **Pending** while we wait for the bank’s answer. The amount is already set aside, so do not refund again: it changes to **Succeeded** or **Failed** by itself. - [I can’t see a button or a page](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/i-cant-see-a-button-or-page.md): Your role probably does not include it: the dashboard hides what your role cannot do. Ask your business’s owner or an administrator to do it for you, or to change your role. - [My developer says events aren’t arriving](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/troubleshooting/webhooks-arent-arriving.md): Open **Developers → Webhooks** and choose the endpoint. Its delivery log shows each event we sent and what your server answered, and **Send a test event** checks it end to end. ## Glossary - [Glossary](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/glossary/terms.md): What the words on your dashboard and in this help centre mean, in plain English. ## FAQs - [Frequently asked questions](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/faq/questions.md): The questions businesses ask first, each with a short answer and a link to the rest. ## Get started - [Overview](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/developers.md): Card payments for Belize.
