# Why didn’t my money come this week?

Usually your balance was below your minimum, below zero, or still Pending, or your schedule is **Only when I ask**. The **Payouts** page and **Settings → Payouts** say which.

Who can: Owner, Administrator, Developer, Analyst, Viewer can see this in [Payouts](https://dashboard.secureprocessing.app/payouts).

## Check these

| Reason | How to tell | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Below your minimum | **Settings → Payouts** shows your **Minimum payout** | Nothing. It rides into the next one, or press **Request a payout**, which ignores the minimum. |
| Zero or below | **Balance** shows Available at or below zero | Your new payments cover it first. [Why is my balance negative?](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/disputes/why-is-my-balance-negative.md) |
| Still Pending | **Balance** shows the money under Pending | It moves to Available when your settlement delay passes. |
| Only when I ask | **Settings → Payouts** says so | Press **Request a payout** on the **Payouts** page. |
| On hold | **Settings → Payouts** says **Payouts are on hold** | Your balance keeps building. Write to us to have it reviewed. |
| Not verified yet | Your live payouts wait until we have verified your business | Your balance keeps building until then. |
| No bank details, or a payout came back | **Settings → Payouts** asks for bank details | [Change the bank account we pay into](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/payouts/change-your-bank-account.md). |

The minimum is no minimum unless you set one.
