# Get told when you’re paid

We email your business’s owner when a live payment succeeds. When several arrive close together, you get one email an hour with the total instead of one each.

Who can: Owner, Administrator can set the minimum in [Settings → Customer emails](https://dashboard.secureprocessing.app/settings/customer-emails).

## What you get

- **One payment:** "Payment received", with the amount and who paid, and a link to the payment.
- **Several close together:** one email an hour saying how many arrived and their total, with a link to **Payments**.

Totals are what customers paid, before our fee and any refunds. A payment in US dollars counts at its Belize dollar amount.

Only live payments are emailed. Test payments are not.

## Only for larger payments

Switch to **Live** first, because the setting is kept separately for each mode and only live payments are emailed. Then, under **Settings → Customer emails**, **Payment received emails** has **Only for payments of at least (BZ$)**. Enter an amount and press **Save**, or leave it empty to hear about every payment.

## Turn it off

It goes to your business’s owner. They can turn it off under **Settings → Notifications**.

The dashboard is always the record: a payment is real when it says **Paid**, whether or not an email arrived.
