# Export your payments

Open **Reports**, choose the dates, and press **Payments CSV**. You get a spreadsheet of every payment started in that period, whatever its status.

Who can: Owner, Administrator, Developer, Analyst can do this in [Reports](https://dashboard.secureprocessing.app/reports).

## Download it

1. Open **Reports**.
2. Set **From** and **To**, and press **Show period**.
3. Under **Download**, press **Payments CSV**.

**To** is not included, so the 1st to the 1st is a whole month. Choose up to 366 days at a time. The dates are in Belize time, and the times inside the file are in UTC.

**Refunds CSV**, **Payouts CSV** and **Balance transactions CSV** are on the same page.

## What is in it

One row per payment started in the period, including those never paid, newest first. The **status** column says which are **succeeded**, which is Paid.

Every amount appears twice: once as a whole number of cents, and once as money. Other columns include the currency, the amount refunded, the customer, the payment link or invoice it came from, its description, when it succeeded and its metadata.

## Who can download it

Your owner, administrators, developers and analysts. The test or live mode you are in decides which payments are in it.
