# Your business details

Open **Settings → Business** to change the name your customers see and the support email on their receipts. Your legal details are part of your activation application instead.

Who can: Owner, Administrator can change these in [Settings → Business](https://dashboard.secureprocessing.app/settings/business).

## Change them

1. Open **Settings → Business**.
2. Change the **Business name** or the **Customer support email**.
3. Press **Save**.

## What each one does

| Field | Where it shows |
|---|---|
| Business name | Printed on every receipt and invoice. Use the name your customers know you by. |
| Customer support email | Shown on receipts, and where your customers’ replies go, so a question reaches you before it becomes a dispute. |

Without a support email, receipts show your owner’s sign-in address instead, and a reply to a receipt goes nowhere. A shared inbox is better than one person’s address.

## Your legal details

Your registered name, address, the people behind the business and your bank account are part of your [activation application](https://docs.secureprocessing.app/help/getting-started/activate-your-account.md), under **Settings → Activation**. Your bank account is changed under **Settings → Payouts** instead.
